The Calculate Demo App Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Calculate Demo App by South Pole. These Terms and Conditions are designed to govern your access and use of the Calculate Demo App (hereinafter referred to as "the Demo App"). The Demo App aims to showcase the functionality and usability of South Pole’s online GHG accounting tools. Using the Demo App will give you insights into our suite of calculators and how calculations are performed based on real results. You commit to using the Demo App solely for legitimate purposes, and as set out in this document, ensuring your usage neither infringes upon the rights nor hampers the enjoyment of the Demo App by others.

2. Submission and Integrity of Data

As a user, you can submit varied data concerning relevant website clicks and sustainability initiatives. Calculate Demo App disclaims responsibility for verifying user-provided data. The calibre and integrity of the data input significantly influence the derived outputs and insights from the Demo App.

3. Security of Your Testing the Demo App

You bear the sole responsibility for all activities under the Demo App. Immediate notification to South Pole is required in the event of any unauthorized access or security breaches involving usage.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the Demo App and its content belong to South Pole or its licensors. The Demo App and its content are available only for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Limitation of Liability

South Pole is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Demo App, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
